🔒 إدارة الحساب والبيانات الشخصية
وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية ومتطلبات متجر App Store، يتيح تطبيق المنهج لجميع المستخدمين حذف حساباتهم وبياناتهم بالكامل وفورياً من داخل التطبيق عبر: الملف الشخصي > حذف الحساب، أو عبر زيارة صفحة طلب حذف الحساب.
1. كيف يمكنني إنشاء حساب جديد على تطبيق المنهج؟

قم بتحميل التطبيق من متجر App Store، افتح التطبيق واختر "إنشاء حساب جديد"، ثم قم بإدخال بياناتك (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، المرحلة التعليمية والفرقة الدراسية) وكلمة المرور لتفعيل حسابك والبدء فوراً.
2. نسيت كلمة المرور، كيف يمكنني استعادتها؟

يمكنك الضغط على خيار "هل نسيت كلمة المرور؟" من شاشة تسجيل الدخول، أو مراسلتنا مباشرة على
support@elmanhag.cloud مع رقم هاتفك وسنقوم بمساعدتك في إعادة تعيينها.
3. كيف يمكنني حذف حسابي وجميع بياناتي من التطبيق؟

تطبيق المنهج يوفر خيار الحذف الفوري داخل التطبيق:
1. افتح تطبيق المنهج وسجل الدخول.
2. انتقل إلى شاشة "حسابي" (الملف الشخصي).
3. في أسفل الشاشة، اضغط على زر
"حذف الحساب" باللون الأحمر.
4. ستظهر رسالة تأكيد، اضغط على
"تأكيد الحذف" ليتم حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً من خوادمنا فوراً دون أي قيود.
كما يمكنك أيضاً تقديم طلب الحذف من خلال
صفحة حذف الحساب الإلكترونية.
4. كيف أقوم بتفعيل كود كورس أو محاضرة؟

بعد الحصول على كود الشحن أو الاشتراك، افتح الكورس المطلوب في التطبيق واضغط على زر "تفعيل الكود"، أدخل الكود واضغط "تأكيد" وسيتم فتح المحتوى التعليمي فوراً لحسابك.
5. أواجه مشكلة في تشغيل الفيديو أو تحميل المرفقات، ماذا أفعل؟

تأكد أولاً من جودة اتصالك بالإنترنت وتحديث التطبيق لأحدث إصدار من متجر App Store. إذا استمرت المشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع إرفاق لقطة شاشة للمشكلة وسيحلها فريق الدعم فوراً.

🔒 Account Management & Data Privacy
In accordance with App Store Guidelines and Privacy Standards, Elmanhag gives every user full control to delete their account and personal data at any time from within the app: Profile > Delete Account, or via our Account Deletion Request Page.
1. How do I create a new account in Elmanhag App?

Download the app from the App Store, select "Create New Account", enter your name, phone number, academic level, and password, and start learning immediately.
2. I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, or contact our support team at
support@elmanhag.cloud with your registered phone number to reset your credentials.
3. How can I delete my account and personal data?

Elmanhag fully supports instant in-app account deletion:
1. Open the Elmanhag app and log in.
2. Go to the "Profile" screen.
3. Scroll down and tap the red
"Delete Account" button.
4. Confirm the prompt by tapping
"Confirm Delete". Your account and all associated personal data and tokens will be permanently erased immediately from our servers.
You may also request account deletion through our web form at
Delete Account Page.
4. How do I redeem a course access code?

After obtaining an access code, open the desired course in the app and tap "Redeem Code". Enter the code and confirm to unlock all lectures and materials instantly.
5. Video playback is not working or facing technical errors?

Ensure you have a stable internet connection and that the app is updated to the latest App Store release. If the issue persists, reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with a screenshot for immediate troubleshooting.
